Colborne Lane









Last week's 15 course tasting menu at Colborne Lane in Toronto was amazing. The flavours, techniques and presentation were world class. Chef Claudio Aprile and his team executed one of the best meals I have ever had.
Here's just two of the courses.



Frozen cream bon bon filled with liquid coffee liqueur.
Miso black cod with puffed tapioca, chive cream, sesame panna cotta on crushed pistachios.
